    1.  Circuit Sage's highpass-L matching network:
         a.  highL.mcd, highL.pdf, highL8.mcd:    A simple routine which synthesizes a highpass L matching network given a complex source and load impedance.
         b. completehighL.mcd, (pdf version):    A complete Mathcad 2001i routine for the analysis and synthesis of highpass-L matching networks.  The equations used to synthesize the highpass L matching network are discussed in depth.  Includes S-parameter and frequency responses.
    2.  Circuit Sage's lowpass-L matching network:
         a.  lowL.mcd, lowL.pdf, lowL8.mcd:    A simple routine which synthesizes a lowpass L matching network given a complex source and load impedance.

    5.  Circuit Sage's  transmatch.mcd (and pdf), a Mathcad routine for impedance matching with transmission lines.

    14.  Ludwig Reinhold's very good microwave notes and m-files.  A good substitute for Besser's RFI course.

    16. TRLINE, a nice free tool for transmission line matching.
